At RESLU, we understand that the path to recovery is not a straight line, but a journey fraught with challenges, both emotional and practical. Addiction doesn't just affect one's health; it disrupts lives, relationships, and the ability to sustain meaningful employment. While there is an abundance of support services during the treatment process, the reality is that the struggle often continues after leaving treatment programs. For many, one of the toughest barriers to lasting recovery is finding stable, meaningful work. Unfortunately, the support systems that exist during treatment often vanish at this critical juncture, leaving individuals feeling uncertain and overwhelmed as they try to reintegrate into society.
Our mission is to fill this void. We specialize in bridging the gap between treatment and employment, because we know that recovery doesn’t stop at sobriety—it’s about rebuilding lives. Gaining employment is a crucial part of this process, yet opportunities for people coming out of treatment can feel scarce and hard to access. Many face stigmas, gaps in their work history, and a lack of confidence in their ability to re-enter the workforce. We are here to change that.
